Solar Hot Water and Electricity

The homes at Laurel Court will be solar ready – meaning that we will build the necessary infrastructure for buyers to purchase and install systems through our vendors if they choose. Buyers can choose solar options for their on demand hot water, or can choose to install a photo voltaic system to replace a significant portion of their electric demands. Our model home at Laurel Court will have a solar hot water system installed so that customers can actually see what the system looks like and how it operates.
